And you say you forgot your camera!!!
DrAW!: i only brought a 20d with a faulty flash hot shoe and two faulty kit lenses...hoping to repair them. i didn't forget the rest of my equipment though...i had to leave something for my photographers in nigeria to use didn't i?
i got to find out that repairs start from 100 dollars apiece!
so i've dumped the kit lenses and bought a tamron 18-200 3.5-6.3, and a diffuser for the on-camera flash...so that's all my non-commercial kit for now...well apart from the elements 2.0
of course i'll rent for professional jobs smile

Cool Shot DrAW, welcome to surburbia
DrAW!: thanks o
suburbia is the ultimate compromise
it beats the outright village and the outright city

I have mixed feelings about sub-urbia, this image doesn't help me with good feelings. all the house look the same and no real character, gimmie country any day. nice shot
DrAW!: country houses look the same too depending on where you shoot
so do city houses for that matter.
suburbia combines the serenity of the country with the relative availability of social and technological amenities of the city

the real character comes from what you do to the house on the inside...
after all you won't be living on the outside smile

I'm surprised they are allowed to drive different kinds of cars grin
DrAW!: lol!
sharp image
DrAW!: thanks chantal smile
I see it reminds Richard of the same song by Tom Paxton. There's a green one and a pink one and a blue one and a yellow one and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same.
DrAW!: hey i need to go hear that one smile
Welcome to Wisteria lane or what's it called(Desp. H.wives).
Look out for Mrs Solis et al.
Nice shot, almost looks like a movie set(location).
DrAW!: grin smile
Nice clean shot. Reminds me of Weeds.

Nice!No pure water satchet anywhere. Hope Naija will be like this in the not too distant future. Looks like lego to me.Nice
Ideal for a fashion photoshoot. The models can stand on the cars and swing from the balconies. Now that will cause a stir in the Neighbourhood!
If wishes were horses! Maybe i should send some clothes to you actually. you may be lucky to get some damsels that want to trade for their portfolios. And who knows it may end up in vogue!
DrAW!: i think you should send the outfits

can't guarantee you'll get em back though

the best i can do is try to sell em here and send pay to you

but sending them (if you can) will be good for your portfolio cos i plan to go crazy with the photography grin
How would you tell which was your own home — they all clones of each other ;-)
DrAW!: lol!

one had better not be drunk in this estate, he could wake up in another family's porch grin
