very cute couple, that part I know you captured well. As per the radial blur, in Dotun's world I think it wasn't done quite right for this shot,I call it radial abuse Radial blur works very well with a shallow DOF at least a 4.0.
DrAW!: nah you're misunderstanding the effect

You know I tried to use the radial blur tool today and I failed miserably. Don't really know how to critique the effect her, but this is a lovely moment captured here.
DrAW!: thanks ada but i'm sure you know how to critique the effect...does it work or not...don't be intimidated by the likes of dotun's comment
It is a pity the effect can't be controlled more. I believe everything is fine, except where the rays crosses the groom's face. It doesn't matter who's supposed to be more important at a wedding, they are both there and neither can get married to him/herself. So both faces should be centered and that is what I mean about the tool's limitations.
Where the effect stands out the most, is on the bouquet.
Not that anything is necessary bad - the composition and the effect complements each other very well.
DrAW!: thanks for the detailed comment louis

I like when the groom seems to carry his bride effortlessly
