breathtaking portrait, doc.
I don't have another title, but if you have time to play, I'd suggest you to try a much tighter crop for the image, say 1x1 with most of the brightness of the right side and half her hand off the frame to focus fully on her look.
DrAW!: hey kinda like the thumbnail right? grin

Stunning! Love the colors..the composition..that you've revealed only her beautiful eyes.
'Brown Eyed Girl' - comes first to mind.
DrAW!: thanks marcie
hope to reveal more of her in a few posts to come

Exactly, doc. I should've had a closer look at the thumb. It would've spared me from a long description. smile
DrAW!: thanks vz smile

"Reveal" works for me, DrAW. And it just happens to be my favorite color in the world!
DrAW!: really? you and astrid, i'll assume grin

My main suggestion is to sort out the background. The half and half thing is a distraction in this otherwise really good shot. I like the orange, the sense of mystery, and especially the eyes that seem to imply a smile.
DrAW!: thanks for the feedback martin smile

i think it's more of untidy than distracting

unless by distraction you mean you couldn't bring your eyes to look at the model after seeing the wall
but if the model struck you first, and then later you noticed the wall, then i'm good

but pay me no mind cos i'm a little liberal when it comes to distractions...i don't even call them such...i call em 'information' grin
Love image and great lighting !!
DrAW!: thanks sir smile
Beautiful portrait, and I think the title suits it well. (:o)
DrAW!: thanks roz
I like the fact that I can see the texture in the fabric. Good work.
DrAW!: thanks tony
As there is a lot of orange how about Dutch treat? No? Perhaps nottongue

Lovely picture Doc and I like your title.
DrAW!: dutch treat sounds about right grin

hmmm "from within" springs to mind, as there is so much soul oozing out of those eyes Doc.

Stunning work.
DrAW!: thanks tim
and thanks for the suggestion
An effective portrait Doc. Where was your focus here, the eyes or the veil? it works for me either way. I see this looking very good on a tighter crop. with the right sides gone and the upper forehead gone will be my suggestion, try and see if you like.

Oh, and the WB was almost there, except for the orange color spill into her facial area, do you see it like I do?
DrAW!: thanks bro
i appreciate the tighter crop
i also see the orange, though i'd argue that it's just the reflection of the orange on her face

Very well composed.
Back to Martin's suggestion:
I think the half and half works here although I wonder what it would look like if it was done only on the white (or cream?) background. It works well regardless....

Nice work doc!
DrAW!: thanks john smile

DrAW!: thank you zohre
thanks for browsing my blog smile
Beautiful orange colour, greta texture and the eyes - very nice.

Just have to come with a suggestion for a title, not funny and in the cliche genre...how about "Tomorrow"...
DrAW!: thanks askel
'tomorrow' isn't cliched at all
it's rather deep smile
nice portrait...would like to see the eyes sharper , whiter perhaps?
also ...a cropped image is nicer..like VZ suggested....nice image on the overall tho...cheers
DrAW!: thanks sarina
hope you like tomorrow's shot smile

Great portrait, though got to agree with Viktor (I seem to be doing that a lot lately - don't know what's come over me!) I would definitely look better tightened up. I love the diagonal line of the fabric.
DrAW!: thanks ingrid
the thumbnail says it all i guess grin
